1. Visiting this page: We process your IP address, access time, requested address, browser, operating system and referring page to provide the website securely and prevent misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted after no more than 30 days.
2. Cookies: We use technically necessary cookies only (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies.
3. Newsletter: We process your email address to let you know when the website is complete and the shop opens (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; Section 7(2)(3) UWG). We use double opt-in, so emails are sent only after you click the confirmation link. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason, through the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at the address above. Your email address is stored until you withdraw your consent.
4. Processors: The website runs on Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland; Shopify Inc., Canada) under a data-processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Standard contractual clauses apply to transfers to third countries (Article 46 GDPR).
5. Your rights: You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3) GDPR). 6. Voluntary provision: Providing your email address is voluntary; without it, newsletter registration is not possible. We do not use automated decision-making.

Our Terms and Conditions, cancellation policy, shipping and payment terms, and the manufacturer, warning and safety information required under the GPSR and CLP Regulation will be published when the shop opens and will then remain permanently accessible.
